No Call No Show = Charged for full service • No longer accepted as a client. Last Minute Reschedule/ Cancellation (less than 24hour notice) = Requires full Service to be paid before rescheduling. Lash Fill Requirements 1 week fill = 80% extensions remaining. 2 week fill = 50% extensions remaining. 3 week fill = 40% extensions remaining. Home Based Salon. 5909 N Oracle rd. Upon arrival please notify me by sending a message including first and last name, I will respond with additional location direction when ready for you. Cancellation Policy

By booking you are accepting and agreeing to Lash and Slash policy & cancellation policy. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice, if you do not cancel within the 24 hour mark you will be required to pay the entire service in full & the payment will not transfer to future appointments. No refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. 10 minutes late = $10 late fee. 15 minutes late = Full service charged & reschedule.
